Andrea and the 5-Day Challenge

2.75
Dear Lord,
I wan Your help and sooner would be etter than ater. Would n't you realize it, just as oon as I decide to attempt the 5-Day Bible Study Challenge, my parents start heaping on loads of pressure to giv me into Julliard. My friend Amy isn ’ t any better, urging me to ask Luke Ryan to homecoming. As if the cute, transfer jock would actually go out with me. I mean, we ’ re kinda friends, and I ’ ve enjoyed our Geometry study sessions, but in case Amy hasn ’ t oticed, I ’ m the invisible one at Aubrey Christian Academy, and I like it that way. On top of thi, I have th feeling Luke ’ s concealing something behind those chocolate-brown eyes of his. I guess I will be self-centered and a bit formulaic, but I eally do nee to seek Your will for my life. Then maybe I ’ ll even figure out which direction points up.

Long story short: It was!!! Swept up into Andrea ’ s life, I yelled at a teenage bo ’ s humor ( even though she doesn ’ t know she ’ s craz), cringed at random daily life in high school, and shared sympathy as she struggles out of her comfort zone.I totally loved the budding relationship between Andrea and Luke.

Mostly found in the journaling sections, or in Andrea ’ s thought process, which never felt out of place.

When Andrea starts to kno that Luke Ryan, the new, cute guy from California, has an interest in being more than friends, she sor of freaks out.

Andrea doesn ’ t know that there is never a popular guy like Luke, would have any interest in her.

With Luke, her piano recital, and homecoming right around the corner, Andrea doesn ’ t now if she can handle all that ’ s on her plate.Like I said the, th nove was better than I thought it will e.

I did fee some things where a little bit rushed, like the nd, but overall things where really good.

I will have liked to read little bit more about Andrea after homecoming and Andrea and Luke 's relationship though.

This YA/Contemporary/Christian book is about a irl named Andrea.

Luke 's Book is coming this Christmas!! Hey Readers!

It sets her apart from every other girl at school in his eyes. Then we have Luke, cute transfer student from California.

Luke might be an all-star varsity baseball player, but he ’ s ot like the whol of the A-list kids.

Love to hear what the rest my readers think of Andrea& Luke!

To be perfectly honest, I did n't hink I ould like th book ery much, no because I 'm more of historical fiction type of irl.

I hated how the characters ere so simila.

And also adding Andrea doing the 5 day challenge while going through som of that emotional turmoil really completed the book.
