Anothe nteresting ook that I could use to finish up thi series of ooks and discussions on Groundhog Day. Phil Groundhog ans his shadow are two quit different personalities, which complement each other until Phil grows up.

Does his shadow miss Phil as well.

As a teacher of Grade 2 students, Groundhog Day is something we discuss in our class, but I have to admit – there are ery few witty and engaging books about it!

I say that wonderful discussions will come from just viewing the pictures of this memoi.

He offer us with a light-hearted look at the ‘ friendship ’ that Phil has with his Shadow, but there is always much more waiting to be iscovered.

Likewise, thi story also include a great jumping-off point for character-building classroom discussions.
