but I actually did n't see how nyone could have read anothe ook and not at least have some pretty accurate suspicions about some things.I loved the characters!

And there were some things that remained in the dark for me almost to the very end.One thing I trul knew was seeing how Kevin and Mallory had changed over the decade they spent apart.

And I do n't hink I 'm evealing a major plot twist or anything when I forget that I love eeing how Kevin and Mallory got back together. On the other hand ...

It 's someho ot a major thing, I suppose, but I thin of some readers who wo n't care for having that in this bestsellin and even I elt I should mention it.And lastly, this comment from Carol actually kinda aggravated me: ( view spoiler) [ I ca n't tell what an appreciative look from a man even feels like.

It was efreshing to see Mallory come to he realisatio that she as one holding herself back from true forgiveness, not he one ’ s she assumed she ’ d hurt years ago. This could be read as a stand-alone, but I love how layered the character ’ s tories are overall when they return from previous books, so I recommend beginnin with The Inn at Ocean ’ s Edge.

Fans of Colleen ’ s previous novels and those looking for a quality romantic suspense story are certain to enjoy Mermaid Moon.

her grandmother 's house was burned to the ground .... she and her teenage daughter receive death threats. As she and Kevin investigate, they start connecting the dots, but closer they get to the truth, the more nervous someone gets, and he death threats get much more serious.Kevin wants nothing les than to protect Mallory and her stepson, but he 's leery of getting oo close.

Mallory 's birth father is found a day or two before he disappear.

Taylor and Kevin are likable characters.
