The End of Alzheimer's: The First Program to Prevent and Reverse Cognitive Decline

3.4
In this paradigm shifting book, Dale Bredesen, MD, offers real hope to anyone goin to prevent and even reverse Alzheimer 's Disease and cognitive decline. Revealing that AD is not one condition, as it is currently treated, but three, nd of Alzheimer 's outlines 36 metabolic factors ( micronutrients, hormone levels, sleep) that can trigger " downsizing " in the brain. The protocol shows us how to rebalance these factors using lifestyle modifications like taking B12, eliminating gluten, or improving oral hygiene.

he results are remarkabl. Of the nex ten patients on the protocol, nine displayed significant improvement with 3-6 months; since then the protocol has yielded similar results with hundreds more. Now, nd of Alzheimer 's brings new hope to a wide audience of patients, caregivers, physicians, and treatment centers with a poignan look inside the science and a complete step-by-step plan that fundamentally changes how we treat and even think about AD.

I do doubt that adding all of these supplements as you eliminate some pretty good foods is helpful.I can almost excuse that everyone cheating on their diet- as determined by visiting health coaches- does not automatically rule out the connection between the protocol and their improvements, given that you coul ot ave an issue with all 36 factors.

Another friend brought this book to me and reminded me to ead it and then to help him incorporate the protocol into his life to fend off mild cognitive impairment symptoms.

There are th few drugs that help a little bit, but fortunately, this type of one drug solution so common in medicine wo n't work because there are ozens of potential causes of the isease.

Patching one or two holes wo n't do the trick. The three main categories of the auses of the disease are: 1.

Metabolic issues, also caused by a myriad of factors, insulin resistance, lack of the vitamins needed to properly break down foods, unhealthy foods, lack of exercise, daylight, etc.
